How is your offer different from a real-estate agent's listing?

An agent lists your home on the open market and waits for a buyer. We are the buyer — so there's no listing, no showings, no waiting, no commission. Our offer is typically below full retail, in exchange for speed, certainty, and zero work on your end. For some owners that trade is worth it; for others, it isn't. We'll tell you straight.

Do I need to clean or repair anything?

No. Leave what you don't want, take what you do. We'll handle the rest after closing.

How fast can you actually close?

Our fastest closing was four days. Seven to fourteen is typical when everything is in order. If you need longer — months, even — we'll match your timeline.
